Requirements

Fluency in Czech or Slovak and good English communication skillsCustomer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilitiesPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamNo previous experience in customer support requiredMotivated, enthusiastic, and proactive personality
