Our client, and international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self driven individuals to join their Sales team in Cyprus, Bulgaria or Poland. Responsiblities: To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.Making daily outbound calls and follow upsAssisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company productsPromoting the site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offeringWorking with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood andWork with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support 

Requirements

An energetic passion for customer service and salesA comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the companys sites, products and promotions.A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basisAble to communicate at bilingual or native level of Czech or Slovak and fluent in EnglishAn understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industryTarget oriented and driven by achieving goalsAble to work on shifts from the office, covering Monday to Friday 9am to 22,00pm on rotation + 2 Saturdays per month
