Are you fluent in Czech or Slovak and English and interested in building an international career in the travel and customer service industry?Join a dynamic team in Greece and help customers and accommodation partners with their travel-related questions and requests. You’ll receive full training and develop valuable customer service, communication, and travel industry skills while working in an international environment.What You’ll Be DoingAnswer incoming communications from customers and accommodation partners via phone, chat, and emailResearch information and provide accurate solutions to customer queriesAct as a first point of contact for accommodation partners, assisting with questions related to:Room modificationsRates and availabilityReservationsOnline/extranet toolsGeneral account and booking-related queriesProvide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and processesEnsure a high level of service and create a positive customer and partner experienceFollow established procedures and continuously develop your product and service knowledgeTraining & Career DevelopmentYou don't need to know everything from day one. Requirements

 Fluent Czech C1 or Slovak C1 and English B2+* High school diploma or equivalent* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Customer-focused and supportive attitude* Comfortable using computers and different digital tools* Ability to work independently and as part of an international team* For remote work: reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home working environment* Already living in Greece or willing to relocate to Greece and obtain the necessary work authorization
