Your ShiftWorking Hours: between 8am and 2am - 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per monthWork setup: this role is Warsaw-based, relocation support provided after remote startResponsibilities:Handle VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, or phoneMaintain personal, long-term relationships with VIPsCollaborate with the VIP team for smooth service deliveryEnsure compliance with company and regulatory standardsWork between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month
Requirements
Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, both written and spokenProactive with strong customer service or sales skillsGreat communication and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented and customer-focusedExperience in iGaming or VIP support is a plus
