Madrid (Hybrid) | Full-time | Permanent Contract | International SaaS CompanyOur client is a fast-growing SaaS company providing search technology that helps eCommerce websites increase sales. Operating globally since 2011, they work with online retailers worldwide and have a team of 33+ nationalities.We're hiring a fluent Czech-speaking Junior Account Executive to drive new business in the Czech market. This is a hunter role: outbound, cold-outreach-first, full-cycle sales. You will identify prospects, run a consultative sales process, and close deals — not manage inbound leads or existing accounts.Location: Madrid — hybrid, several days per week in-office. Candidates must already be based in or relocating to Madrid.Compensation- €30,000 base salary + €15,000 target commission (OTE €45,000)ResponsibilitiesProspect and cold-call SMB clients within the Czech marketResearch client needs, challenges, and pain points before outreachRun a consultative sales process (MEDDIC methodology)Build and present proposals; negotiate pricing and contract termsManage your pipeline and provide accurate forecastsMeet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targetsRequirements1–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally SMB-focusedFull sales cycle experience: prospecting through closingComfortable with high-volume cold callingC2 Czech, plus fluent English or SpanishExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)Valid EU work permit requiredBased in or willing to relocate to MadridNice to haveSaaS experience, ideally in eCommerce, search, or digital marketingExperience in a fast-growing tech scale-upFamiliarity with MEDDIC or BANT frameworksMarket research or competitor analysis experienceWhat's on offerPermanent contract (Indefinido)€30,000 base + €15,000 OTE commissionInternational team, flexible benefits system22 days annual leave + Dec 24–31 as discretionary daysFriday afternoons offCareer development in a fast-scaling company
