Troubleshoot customer issues related to subscriptions, accounts, payments and general inquiries Provide solutions on the first contact and update the internal database Build relationships for customer retention and represent the company positively
Requirements
No prior experience necessary, but a natural flair for speaking with customers is a plus Danish (Fluent) and English (Fluent) language skills required Have good technical knowledge.
