About the roleWe are hiring Danish speakers to join a customer support team in Sofia for an international telecommunications company. You will be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers and help them with their mobile services. You don’t need to live in Bulgaria already: we welcome applications from anywhere in Europe, and a relocation package is included.What you’ll doHandle inbound customer inquiries, mainly by phoneHelp customers with top-ups, SIM activation, roaming and general account questionsAim to solve each issue on the first contact whenever possibleRecord every customer interaction accurately and follow set processesGive professional, clear and empathetic support on every call

Requirements
