Do you speak Danish and have a passion for helping people? We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a team in Warsaw supporting passengers with their travel needs for a well-known airline project. In this role, you'll assist travelers with bookings, inquiries, and travel-related issues, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. You’ll receive full training and a relocation package to help you settle into life in Poland. What you'll do: • Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish• Advise customers on flights, fares, rules, and online services • Assist with reservations, including changes to dates or destinations • Update passenger information in the system • Manage special service requests (e.g., wheelchairs, pets, assistance) • Process cancellations and refunds • Guide customers through payment options and ticket purchases Join a professional and supportive international team and kick-start your career in the travel industry!

Requirements

Danish proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written)English at B2 levelComfortable using computers and navigating digital toolsPositive attitude and strong communication skillsPrior experience in customer service and CRM tools is an advantage
