Location: Work from home in Bulgaria Role: Danish Customer Support Agent for online pet storeSalary: 2300 Lev gross p/m plus 300 Lev gross p/m accomodation allowanceOperational Hours: 09:00-19:00 Monday-FridayRelocation: 150 lev (75 euros) towards flight, 1 month (up to) hotel accommodation provided. Assistance to find long term rental.  The CompanyOur client is a Canadian technology company which provides IT services and multilingual customer service to global clients. Clients include corporations in technology, games, communications & media, eCommerce, fintech, travel & hospitality, healthcare, and automotive industries. The roleOur client is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their support teams. Their teams in Bulgaria are expanding at an incredible speed. They work with many exciting and well known global brands. You will not just be a customer service representative but a brand ambassador and work to the highest of standards, providing customers with excellent service. Help our users with any issues they might have via tickets or calls.Provide solutions to everyday device use questions on a case by case customer-oriented approach.Identify trending issues and bugs from users’ reported issues and communicate them to your supervision team.Work with a passionate team of customer-friendly colleagues from an international background.
