Location: Larnaca, CyprusRole: Danish speaking Customer AdvisorSalary: Basic 1350 euro gross p/m plus potential performance bonus (Uncapped), basic salary increases to 1400 euro gross p/m after 6 months.Working hrs: 40 hrs rotational  between Monday-Sunday 9:00-21:00Relocation: when relocating from outside of Cyprus, there will be a relocation package offered - you can choose between two options:Option 1: Book your own flight and arrange your own accommodation – receive €1500 from the companyOption 2: Book your own flight (up to €300 refund for the flight cost) and stay in company accommodations for up to two months. First month “for free”, the second month for a cost of €100.Besides this there is relocation assistance with all administration and assist with finding long-term accommodation.The RoleAs a Danish speaking Customer Advisor you will be working just a short stroll from the beach! You will be the first point of contact via email and phone for customers in Denmark who experience technical issues with loging into their account or app. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.
