Danish-Speaking Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Larnaca, CyprusStart Date: 7th DecemberSalary: €1,350 gross per month, increasing to €1,400 after 6 monthsAre you a fluent Danish speaker looking for an exciting career opportunity abroad? Your Responsibilities• Provide customer support through phone, live chat and email.• Assist customers using public and private sector platforms.• Troubleshoot technical issues relating to applications and websites.• Support business account enquiries and liaise directly with the company.• Direct customers to the appropriate departments.• Escalate complex enquiries to relevant internal teams or external partners.• Ensure customer queries are handled professionally and resolved efficiently.???? Candidate Requirements• Danish: C2 level (native or fluent).• English: B2 level or above.• Minimum education: High School Diploma.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• Strong problem-solving abilities.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.???? Working Hours• Monday to Sunday.• Shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 21:00.• Rotational shift patterns.???? Candidate Requirements• Danish: C2 level (native or fluent).• English: B2 level or above.• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
