You will help international travelers and accommodation partners by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer questions by phone and email.Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.Support travelers and accommodation suppliers with service, payment, and technical issues.Follow set processes and maintain high service standards.Mediate between customers and partners when needed.RequirementsDanish at C2 level and strong English.Confident communication skills, written and spoken.Comfortable using Office 365, CRM tools, and internal platforms.Problem solving mindset and a positive, steady attitude.Goal driven and adaptable to changing priorities.Interest in accommodation or travel platforms.Experience in customer service or a contact center is an advantage.Desirable SkillsProcess improvement.Collaboration and teamwork.Clear, effective communication.Emotional intelligence.Open minded approach.Critical thinking.Solution oriented mindset.Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.What We Offer38.5 hour weekly contract, Monday to Sunday, with two days off.Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00.Temporary contract with the option to move to a permanent one.27 working days of holiday per year.
