Role: Danish speaking Customer Solution ConsultantLocation: Office based Sofia, BulgariaSalary: 2,200 EUR gross p/mOperational Hours: 40 hrs p/week rotational between 10:00 - 19:00 Monday - FridayRelocation:   3 weeks accomodation on arrival in Sofia plus support in finding a place to live in Sofia after the 3 weeks plus a relocation bonus 1500 EUR which is paid on 2 installments (1st and 2nd month). You’ll be assisting users with non-technical issues related to a range of digital content and services, including mobile payments, digital family management tools, and media such as e-books and movies.This is an exciting opportunity to engage with end-users of some of the world’s most widely used digital tools, offering empathetic, accurate, and efficient solutions to enhance their experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via email, chat, and/or phone in a professional and timely mannerAssist users with account-related concerns and billing inquiries for digital content and subscription servicesProvide support for mobile payment services, including transaction reviews and refund processesHelp users navigate family account setups and controlsTroubleshoot issues with accessing or using digital media content (books, movies, apps)Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on empathy and resolution

Requirements

Fluent in DanishGood command of EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service role is preferedTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and interfacesExcellent problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesPatient, empathetic, and customer-focusedComfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment with performance targets
