Location: CRETE, GreeceRole: Danish speaking Customer Support AdvisorSalary: monthly gross salary : 1029EUR +200EUR performance bonus p/m, + 100 € (gross per month)* after spending the first 6 months in the company as a salary increase. +After finishing your first 12 months in the company, your salary increase will be 150 € bonus (gross per month)* + Stay in an apartment paid by the company upon availability (electricity bills excluded OR 300€ Gross to cover accommodation for as long as you are employed by the companyRelocation:  Includes initial flight to CRETE, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation. You will also receive 300 euro gross p/m accomodation allowance (or room in a shared company apartment)Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday-Sunday 08:00-22:00 The RoleWe are recruiting for fluent Danish speaking Customer Experience Agent for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in CRETE, where you will work in an international setting. Beside the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate, this Greek island has a lot to offer!As a Customer Experience Agent you will represent a very well known online retailer, and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat in regards to order and deliveries. Besides this, you will provide advise in relation to returns and refunds.
