Assist with new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for flight, train, and hotel services. Provide personalized solutions that meet customers' needs. Handle customer data efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
Requirements: Fluency in Danish (C1 or C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level). A customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and adaptability in various situations. A clean criminal record is required.Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural environment Self-motivated, self-starter attitude Problem-detection and solving skills EU passport or valid working permit
