Requirements

Candidate profileProven experience as a Team LeaderPrevious experience in a BPO environment is an advantageFluency in Danish (C2) and English (B2 or higher)Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksWillingness to work on a rotating schedule, Monday–Sunday, between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm, from the Warsaw office
