In their vibrant Barcelona office, they are now looking to hire a Danish-speaking Travel Advisor to join their exciting team.The RoleAs a Danish Travel Advisor, you will be supporting travelers and accommodation providers through a major online travel platform. Your main tasks include:Understanding and identifying customer needsMediating between international travelers and accommodation providersClarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, or technical issuesProviding accurate information and following set procedures via email and phoneEnsuring a consistently high level of customer satisfactionWorking with various systems (CRM, Office 365, internal platforms)
Requirements
To be successful in this role you need:Fluency in Danish and advanced EnglishPrior experience in customer service (B2B or B2C) or contact center environments is valuedExcellent communication and listening skills (both written and spoken)PC literacy and ability to work with tools such as Office 365 and CRM platformsStrong problem-solving attitude and attention to detailOpen-mindedness toward changing business priorities and processesAffinity with online travel/accommodation platforms
