Working HoursMonday – Friday  8 hours full time or 4 hours part time. (no night shifts.)Start times: 08:00 / 08:30 / 09:00 / 09:30 / 10:00Afternoon shifts available for part-time employees????‍???? Key Responsibilities Conduct inbound and outbound phone-based sales Support customers with: Mobile contracts Billing and invoice queries Internet and connectivity issues Router troubleshooting Technician visits Fibre contracts and offers Identify customer needs and actively sell relevant products Achieve sales, quality, and customer satisfaction targets Communicate in a professional, confident, and solution-oriented manner

Requirements
