Join our team as a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist and help protect digital communities by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with platform policies.What You'll DoAs a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will:• Review user-generated content in a back-office environment, including text, images, videos, and other materials that may contain sensitive or potentially disturbing content.• Apply company policies and guidelines accurately and consistently.• Take timely action on content that violates policies or poses potential risks.• Identify trends and behavioral patterns to support proactive risk detection.• Stay up to date with internal policies and process changes.• Make well-reasoned decisions and clearly justify actions when required..Working Hours• Full-time position.• Rotating shifts covering 24/7 operations, including weekends and public holidays.• Office-based role in Sofia, Bulgaria.What We Offer• €1,330 gross monthly salary.• €1,500 relocation bonus (paid in two installments) to support your move and initial accommodation costs.• 30 days of company-provided accommodation upon relocation.• Fully paid training.• Additional private health insurance.• Career development and internal growth opportunities.• A supportive, multicultural working environment.• Access to 50+ employee benefits and services.• Employee referral bonus program.  

Requirements

What We're Looking For• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.• Excellent attention to detail.• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.• Ability to work with sensitive or disturbing content in a professional manner.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• Previous experience in content moderation, fraud investigation, spam detection, or trust and safety is an advantage but not required
