Location: remote from GreeceRole: Dutch speaking Customer AdvisorSalary:  EUR 1350 gross p/m (paid 14 x per year) plus EUR 100 gross on meal vouchers plus up to 10% performance bonusHours: 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 18:00The companyOur client is a leading provider of customer experience solutions, offering innovative and scalable services to global brands. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to ensure an outstanding experience.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to resolve customer issues.Assist with order inquiries, account management, and general troubleshooting.Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have: Fluency in DutchIntermediate EnglishExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent problem solving skillsGood internet connection
