Flexible shift basis across weekdays and weekends.TasksCommunicate effectively with Dutch players, prioritizing satisfaction and professionalism.Adapt swiftly to a fast-paced environment, multitasking efficiently as part of a team.Participate in various training modules covering Casino, Sportsbook, AML & RGL, etc.

Requirements

EU passport holderNative-level fluency in Dutch and English.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.Willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic industry.
