Answering customer questions and resolving service-related enquiries.Assisting with billing, payments, contracts and account-related issues.Providing technical support and troubleshooting when required.Helping customers with appointments and general service requests.Delivering professional, friendly and solution-focused customer service.Maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.

Requirements

Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken.Currently living in Greece with the legal right to work.Customer-oriented, empathetic and solution-driven.Professional and positive attitude.Comfortable using computers and digital tools.Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage.

Offer
