United Call Centers is a global BPO company providing multilingual customer support services for leading international brands. We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking professional to join our remote team and handle customer service activities for a well-known European e-commerce company in the fashion and lifestyle sector.What You’ll Do: Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in DutchProvide excellent service and accurate information to customers Support order management, returns, and product inquiries Collaborate with the international support team to ensure high-quality service
Requirements
What We’re Looking For: Professional level of Dutch (both written and spoken) Good level of English for internal communication Previous customer service experience Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Eligible to work as a self-employed freelancer Availability to work Monday to Friday, during regular Dutch business hours (please note that on this project, there is unfortunately no possibility to work part time hours)
