Google is a global tech giant, shaping the future through AI, online advertising, cloud computing, and more.You’ll work on the ACQO project, focused on enhancing the quality of search and ad results by analyzing user intent and optimizing content for digital marketing.Become part of a multilingual team of experts improving Google’s search engine experience for millions of users.Your day to day:Evaluate the quality of search results by reviewing keyword and landing page matchesWrite, review, and optimize ad texts and extensions for digital campaignsAssess the relevance of search queries and classify results as Good, Risky, or Bad based on intentProvide feedback to improve algorithmic performance (Machine Learning contribution)Work with KPIs like:Keyword Quality Score ≥ 80%Landing Page Score ≥ 80%AHT ≤ 7.5 minutes

Requirements

Dutch speaker (C2 level) with English proficiency (B2 level)Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with browsers, spreadsheets, and online toolsIdeally 6–12 months of experience in a similar roleExcellent written communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsCultural awareness and understanding of online marketing/SEO is a plusTyping speed of at least 25 wpm
