Our client, a well known telecom company in Belgium is seeking to recruit their team of Back Office Agents based in Bulgaria to support the Flemish speaking markets.Responsibilities:The Back Office team handles letters received by customers, and forms through the website. The team covers 5 main tasks: Orders, Requests, Complaints, Credit Notes and SOS Support.Orders and requests are normally processed entirely in writingComplaints, these are often unclear and the agent needs to contact the customer by phone to obtain a better understanding of the issue before being able to provide a resolution.Processing credit notes: if small the agent will process normally, if higher amounts the agent will need to request approval internally.SOS: supporting integral agents from all sites when they get stucck in programs as the back office team has the most complete information about the systems.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in Flemish or Dutch and EnglishExperience in a similar role within administration, back office duties, contact center experience would be a plusProof of employment/references from previous employmentsAble to process big amounts of information and make decisionsEffective listening skillsProblem solving and analytical thinkingHard working and structuredIndependent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.Highly engaged and committed long term, this is a permanent project.Available to work on shifts from Monday to Saturday
