Requirements

Qualifications: Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English Minimum high school diploma, preferably with a background in business, communications, or automotive studies Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors Clear and confident communication skills, especially when interacting with executive-level or high-end clients Strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products Structured, professional, and discreet when handling sensitive topics such as pricing or commercial offers Comfortable following a detailed scripted call approach and providing written reports after interactions
