Dutch Speaking - Home Office based, Social Media Customer Service Executive (Berlin, Germany)Immediate Starts Available26,400 euros per year Looking to work from home and help people get to grips the most popular social media site on the planet?We have the perfect role for you. We are looking for Dutch speaking Customer Service Executives to join an award-winning team. The role:After training, you will be the main point of contact for advertisers and agencies, providing support for all inbound inquiries.Be able to deal with a range of user issues, while enhancing the overall customer experience and level of service.Manage all types of inbound query via chat, email and social media messenger.      


  What you’ll need to apply:Strong level of Spoken and written Dutch, for use of social media messenger and emails alongside inbound callsAn EU Passport or valid work permit for GermanyImmediate availability or the option to reduce any notice period
