Are you experienced on the phone and are you looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. As an AE, you will be responsible for creating the top of the funnel by prospecting, reviewing, calling, emailing, and reaching out to potential leads. You will work closely with the Sales Specialists to ensure success.This company offers a permanent contract, competitive salary, career plans, and professional development opportunities. Their office has a green environment, open spaces, and arcade games for disconnection from work.Key Responsibilities:As an Account Executive, you will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions through calls and emails. Your role entails:Researching client needs, challenges, and opportunities.Developing and implement strategies to secure new business.Working with Sales Specialists to generate and convert leads.Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations.Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

About 1 year of relevant B2B/B2C Sales experience Feeling comfortable with a fully outbound sales position C2 or Native level of DutchWillingness to move to Madrid at your own expenses (as no relocation support)Active listening skillsHealthy ambition to stand out and achieve goalsFluent in English (Spanish is a plus as well)
