Join our partner’s trust & safety team to help maintain a safe and respectful online environment for a leading social networking platform. As a Community Operations Analyst you will:- Review and process user-reported content or accounts and take appropriate action according to platform policies.- Investigate privacy or security issues, identify patterns, and ensure compliance with community standards.- Analyse data to spot trends, inefficiencies or policy gaps and work with policy, product and engineering teams to propose improvements.- Maintain high quality and accuracy while meeting daily volume and quality metrics.- Help create a positive experience for users by upholding the platform’s terms of service and guidelines.
Requirements
- Native or near‑native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication.- Deep understanding of Dutch/Flemish culture and contemporary social issues.- Reliable and passionate about creating a positive user experience.- Flexible and adaptable; able to learn quickly and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.- Strong communication, decision‑making and time management skills; empathy and resilience to handle sensitive content.- Eligible to work in Ireland (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
