Dutch-Speaking Content Moderator - Office basedThessaloniki, Greece €1,300 gross per month We’re looking for Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to join a growing team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you’ll help keep online platforms safe by reviewing and assessing user-generated content. You’ll apply clear guidelines to decide what content is appropriate and take action where needed. Candidates should have the Dutch certificate already This is an onsite office role.________________________________________ What you’ll do • Review content such as videos, images, posts, and profiles • Identify material that violates platform policies • Label and moderate content based on set guidelines • Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary • Maintain accuracy and meet daily performance targets ________________________________________ What we’re looking for • Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written) • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills • Good communication skills and cultural awareness • Ability to handle sensitive content professionally ________________________________________ Working hours • Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00 • Monday to Sunday (including weekends) ________________________________________ What’s offered • Monthly salary of €1,300 gross • Full training provided • Ongoing support and development • Wellness programs and access to counseling services • A structured and team-oriented work environment ________________________________________ Important to know This role involves reviewing content that may be disturbing, including violence, hate speech, or other sensitive material.
