Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor - split shiftsLocation: Sofia, BulgariaSalary: €1,997 gross p/m (= €1,550 net per month) + performance bonus up to €100 grossHours: 40 hrs/week, rotational shifts between Mon–Sun, 08:30–23:00 (split shifts)We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for an international outsourcing partner in Bulgaria. In this role, you will:Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chatHandle queries and technical issues, ensuring timely first-time resolutionProvide accurate advice on products and servicesRecommend solutions that best fit customer needs

Requirements

Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)Good level of EnglishPrevious experience in customer service, tech support or sales preferredAbility to multi-task and problem-solveWillingness to work split shifts
