We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Agents to join a dynamic international team within the iGaming industry. This is not your typical customer service role – you’ll be supporting players across sportsbook and casino products, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and engaging experience every time. As part of the team, you’ll handle customer queries via live chat, email, and phone, while also supporting account, payment, and verification processes. You’ll act as a key contact point for players, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and effectively, while contributing ideas to continuously improve customer journeys. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer queries via calls, live chat, and emailTake ownership of customer cases that require follow-up until resolutionLiaise with internal teams and providers to ensure efficient problem-solvingApprove withdrawal requests and handle KYC/EDD documentationConduct daily security checks on new accounts and payment transactionsContribute to achieving team KPIs and departmental SLAsShare customer feedback to help shape processes, self-service tools, and knowledge basesSupport ad hoc tasks such as analysing customer contact trends and providing insights

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Interest in sports and casino is a plus Previous customer service experience desirable, but not essential Flexible to work shifts, including nights Organised, adaptable, and able to multitask
