In this role, you will support one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands, a market leader in the online sale of books, entertainment products, electronic devices, and toys.The platform offers access to over 6 million products, including new and second-hand Dutch and international books, music, DVDs, games, notebooks, software, mobile phones, televisions, e-readers with thousands of e-books, and a photo album service.OverviewWorking as part of a customer support team, you will help ensure a professional and friendly customer service experience through phone and email communication.Daily ResponsibilitiesListen to customers' questions and concerns, providing clear answers and practical solutionsAssist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and returnsAct as a point of contact for external sellersProvide information about digital products and servicesEscalate and redirect more complex issues to the appropriate departments when requiredWorking Hours40 hours per week8 hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch breakRotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00CompensationYou can choose between two salary options:Option 1€1,109 gross per monthFree accommodation (private room in a shared company apartment)Option 2€1,434 gross per monthNo accommodation included

Requirements

Native Level Dutch, good English.Most reside in Portugal.
