Join an international team in Greece and support customers and accommodation partners with their travel-related questions and requests.Develop valuable customer service, communication, and travel industry skills while benefiting from fully paid training and flexible working arrangements.What will you do?Answer incoming communications from customers and accommodation partners via phone, chat, and emailResearch information and provide accurate solutions to customer queriesAct as the first point of contact for accommodation partnersAssist with room modifications, rates and availability, and reservationsProvide support with online/extranet toolsHandle general account and booking-related queriesProvide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and processesMaintain a high level of service and create a positive customer and partner experienceFollow established procedures and continuously develop your product and service knowledge

Requirements

Candidate profileFluent in Dutch at C1 level and English at B2+ levelHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused and supportive attitudeComfortable using computers and different digital toolsAbility to work independently and as part of an international teamFor remote work, reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home working environmentAlready living in Greece or willing to relocate to Greece and obtain the necessary work authorization
