We are looking for Dutch speakers for our client to join their team at a centrally located office in Benalmádena. If you are passionate about customer service, eager to grow, and ready for a new challenge in sunny Spain, we want to hear from you! The start date for this position is ASAP.Relocation PackageWe will help you with the entire move, including flights, 2 months of accommodation, and assistance with all necessary documentation and paperwork to get settled in Spain.Your Role as a Customer Service RepresentativeAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for users, assisting them with general inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing account support. You will ensure that every interaction results in a great customer experience.You help customers with their questions, but sales is also an important part of your role. Thanks to your commercial insight, you know exactly when cross-selling or upselling adds value — for both the customer and the company.
Requirements
Language skills: Fluent Dutch and EnglishService & Sales: You have strong communication skills, are customer-oriented.Problem-solving: You work proactively and help customers in an efficient, solution-oriented manner.Tech-savvy: You have a general affinity for technology and possess good computer skills.
Offer
