Don’t worry — you will receive full training!Your daily tasks will include:Helping process monthly salary information for clientsChecking and updating employee data in the systemAnswering questions from employees about salaries and contracts (via email and phone)Supporting clients with administrative HR tasksMaking sure information is correct and up to dateWorking closely with your team to meet monthly deadlinesThis role combines administration + customer service, making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and working with details.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?You don’t need previous payroll experience — motivation and willingness to learn are more important!Dutch (C1+) and good EnglishBackground in customer service, administration, or similarDetail-oriented and organizedComfortable working with systems and ExcelPositive, team-oriented mindsetEager to learn about HR and payroll, experience is a plus!
