Requirements

The ideal candidate:-Has a passion for administration and a strong drive to support clients.-Can communicate easily with clients in both the Dutch and English language.-Has a strong interest in HR, payroll, and employment legislation.-Can ensure high data accuracy, even if working independently.-Brings a contribution to the team spirit with a healthy dose of flair.

What can you expect?The business unit you will work in provides operational and strategic outsourcing solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include:-Ensuring accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned client(s).-Following up, calculating, and checking payroll for your client(s).-Guiding and advising clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.-Building a relationship of trust with your client(s).-Answering employees’ questions about their files on behalf of their employer.-Keeping your knowledge and expertise up to date across various payroll and personnel administration domains.-Continuously seeking improvements and optimizations in existing work processes.What is the hiring process like?In case your profile meets the location, language and skill requirements, you will be invited for a brief video call (20-30 minutes) to discuss the position in more detail.
