Location:  Athens, GreeceRole: Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative Salary: €1,450 gross per month plus Fixed monthly bonus: €250 gross plus Performance bonus: Up to €300 gross based on KPIWorking Hrs:  40 hrs per week between Mon-Fri 9am-6pmOverview of the companyOur client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and their vibrant Athens office is one of their European multilingual hubs where they support multiple well-known brands in a variety of languages. They are currently recruiting Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative for their Athens office - this role will offered as a hybrid position after training.The roleIn this role, you will engage with B2B clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth for a leading global technology company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is ready to take their career to the next level in an international environment.Main Responsibilities:Prospect and engage with potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.Qualify leads and identify opportunities to support the sales pipeline.Build relationships with decision-makers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.Work closely with the account management team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.Achieve monthly KPIs and contribute to overall sales targets.Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:Fluent DutchGood command of EnglishPrevious B2B sales experience, ideally in lead generation or inside salesProven track record of achieving or exceeding targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable using CRM tools and working in a fast-paced environment.
