Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a track record of success.Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch is required. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Exceptional communication skills with a keen emphasis on empathy and understanding.Strong computer literacy and typing skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.Proactive approach to customer outreach and engagement, coupled with a service- oriented mindset.
