For a world‑renowned technology brand, they run a support hub in Lisbon. ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer enquiries via phone, chat and email in Dutch.Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support for products, answering questions and troubleshooting technical issues.Diagnose and reproduce hardware, software and peripheral problems; collaborate with technicians to resolve them.Log cases in the ticketing system, ensure all interactions are documented and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution.
Requirements
Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English skillsTechnical troubleshooting experience is a plusStrong communication skills with ability to simplify technical topicsPC literacy, Google Docs, and Google Sheets proficiencyFamiliarity with wireless troubleshootingPatient, discreet, and up-to-date with IT trendsSelf-motivated, proactive, and a team playerMust have an EU passport or valid residence permit
