Customer advisor for Sustainable Energy support , you will assist customers dealing with Wind , Solar and other Green energy projects.  Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails in DutchAssist with invoices, reminders, and payments, including payment plans and late feesSupport tariff changes, contract questions, and retention requestsHandle complaints such as overcharges or incorrect billingManage customer moves and service activationsAddress both practical and emotional customer needs with empathyIdentify and act on service-oriented sales opportunitiesPerform additional tasks such as contacting customers with open debts

Requirements

Native-level Dutch (spoken and written)Good English for internal communicationMinimum: secondary school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 6 months’ experience in customer service or contact centre is an advantageStrong computer skills (comfortable with 4–5 systems)CRM system knowledge is an assetGood multitasking ability (calls, emails, chat)Clear, structured written and verbal communicationConfident, empathetic, and able to lead conversations professionally
