In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Europe.If you excel in delivering outstanding service, possess exceptional communication skills, and are eager to be part of a diverse and supportive team, this could be the perfect next step in your career! Main Responsibilities:Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone (30%), email, and chat, providing prompt and effective supportDeliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the Dutch marketManage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM systemStay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our company’s products to provide accurate and helpful information
