Requirements

Requirements:English fluency at C1 levelPrevious experience in customer service is an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working overnight shifts (14:00–07:00 EET/EEST, currently 15:00–23:00 until September) High school diploma or equivalent Professional, positive, and eager-to-learn attitude Willingness to work onsite in Athens (no remote option)
