The company is one of the well known online marketing company specialize in the iGaming sector. It has 180+ employees from 25 nationalities, and they are looking for motivated, friendly, and committed candidates who want to grow long-term.Location: Limassol, Cyprus (on-site)Salary:• €1.600 gross/month (NO tax up to €19,500/year!)• Monthly Bonus: €250 bonus• Start Date: 14th September

Requirements

• EU passport mandatory• At least 1 year customer support experience• Motivated and reliable, with a willingness to commit long-term• C1/C2 English level• Previous experience showing stability and commitment is considered a strong advantage• Friendly, polite, and down-to-earth attitude• Suitable for junior profiles candidates Role:• Mainly chat & email support (very limited calls)• Assisting customers with inquiries and account issues• Working in a fast-paced, international team• 40h/week – 8 hours rotation 5 days on / 2 days off (Public holidays paid double)
