Join our client's team dedicated to Consumer Protection Customer Experts and become a trusted point of contact for customers needing support with the devices they rely on every day. Your RoleEngage with customers via chat and phone, providing exceptional service.Assist customers with device protection plans, claims, repairs, replacements, and related services.Deliver exceptional customer experiences, particularly when customers are dealing with unexpected or urgent situations.Build customer trust by following all relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and quality standards.Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop your product, service, and regulatory knowledge.

Requirements

Native Finnish speaker.Fluency in English.Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.Familiarity with regulatory environments and data protection principles, including GDPR, is an advantage.Ability to relocate to Greece.EU Passport holder.
