Requirements
Proven experience as a Team LeaderExperience in a BPO environment is an advantageFluency in Finnish (C2) and English (B2 or higher)Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work on a rotating schedule, Monday–Sunday, between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm, from the Warsaw office
