<p><br /><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul><li>Professionally handle and document incoming requests from customers (phone, chat, email) and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly</li><li>Process new orders, offer upsells and deliver retention techniques</li><li>Efficiently gather customer information and provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests</li><li>Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: Billing, Order Status, Application Troubleshooting and Account cancellation</li><li>Achieve moderate productivity goals while maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction</li></ul>

Requirements


<p><strong>Our requirements:</strong></p>

<ul><li>Fluent in French (C1) and a very good level of English (B1)</li><li>Pleasant and friendly attitude and strong listening skills</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing</li><li>Ability to adapt to fast-learning-ever-changing environment</li><li>Efficiently navigate tools and software</li><li>Problem solving mindset, constantly looking to find ways to improve performance and process that positively impact customer satisfaction and efficiency</li><li>Align with core company policies, procedures and values, work with passion and enthusiasm</li><li>College education, experience with shifting schedule and working irregular hours will be considered as an advantage</li></ul>
