Flemish speaking Customer Support Advisors – remote based anywhere in the Netherlands - initially 6 month contract€26,300 per year + holiday pay Job dutiesAs a customer support advisor, you are responsible for incoming calls or e-mails / chats with questions about the online shop. You handle questions and complaints in a professional manner with the highest degree of customer service.This is a Monday to Friday role, business hours.Essential Experience• Ideally have some customer service, this can also be face-to-face.• You are available 40 hours a week• This is a remote based role but will you will need to go to the office occasionally required.• You have strong computer skills and good typing skills• You have good communication skills, are well organized, accurate and professional• You are enthusiastic, energetic, driven and dynamic• Native and/or full professional proficiency of Flemish and English language
