We collaborate with innovative companies across Europe to deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences.We’re seeking French-speaking professionals to join our subscription management team for a premium mobility brand.Your key responsibilities:Manage new subscriptionsMonitor incoming ordersDeliver Level 1 customer support via phone, email, and chatQualify sales opportunities and forward complex cases to Sales CoordinatorsUpdate and expand the internal Knowledge BaseCoordinate deliveries and returns, manage logistics updates, and notify customers proactively about delaysSupport roadside assistance, incident handling, and insurance documentationManage renewals, retention offers, and maintenance bookingsCoordinate registration/deregistration of vehicles through partner agenciesHandle fines, payment follow-ups, and escalation to debt collection when neededSupervise vehicle preparation, refurbishment, and damage reconciliation

Requirements

Your profile:Native French speaker, fluent in EnglishBased in the EU and able to work as a self-employed contractorProven customer service or contact center experience (mobility/automotive experience preferred)Excellent communication and sales support skillsEmotionally intelligent, adaptable, and attentive to detailSkilled with CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage)Independent, organized, and reliable
