French-Speaking Customer Service SpecialistAthens, Greece | €1,150 Gross/MonthPlease note there is no relocation assistance.We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our international team and provide outstanding customer support for a leading global fashion brand.If you speak French and English at C1/C2 level, enjoy helping customers, and have a passion for problem-solving and fashion, this could be your next career opportunity!Your RoleAs a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience across multiple communication channels.Your responsibilities will include:Providing customer support via phone, chat, email, and other channels.Managing and following up on customer cases to ensure efficient and timely resolution.Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while representing a leading international brand.Supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey.Answering questions about products, availability, inventory, orders, and payments.Identifying and troubleshooting customer issues.Escalating complex or unresolved cases to second-level support when necessary.Using internal documentation and resources to provide accurate information and solutions.Communicating clearly and professionally to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.Showing empathy and maintaining a customer-first approach in every interaction.Handling customer and payment information accurately and securely.Completing other duties as required.What We're Looking ForFrench: C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.English: C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Technical Support, Retail, or a similar role.Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.A genuine passion for customer service and helping people.Fashion-savvy with an interest in products and customer experience.Previous experience supporting customers via phone, chat, and email.Good knowledge of computer systems, internet-based applications, and Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.Adaptable and comfortable working with changing processes and procedures.Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous development.Willingness to complete a background screening.Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.What's On Offer €1,150 gross monthly salary 14 salaries per year Relocation assistance €65 gross/month transportation allowance €85 net/month meal allowance Private Health & Life Insurance with Generali 1 additional paid day off for your birthday after completing your first year Training and professional development opportunities International and multicultural working environment Opportunity to represent a leading global fashion brand????????
